Please Note
The following policies only apply to the on-line shopping with AlligatorWorld.com. For the merchandise purchased in our store please comply with the policies posted inside the store and on the purchase receipt. For the merchandise purchased through GlobalShopex, please contact them for their return policy. Merchandise purchased from our store cannot be returned to AlligatorWorld.com.
Return Policy
Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt. If any damage is found, you must contact us before using the item and within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
We will only accept unused, unworn, unaltered in original packaging, with all original packaging materials (shoehorns, shoes bags, etc.), re-sellable merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within 30 days of the original shipping date to you. Footwear should be tested and tried on carpeted surfaces only. The shoes must not show any visible signs of wear and should be returned in the original packaging. Clothing must be unworn with all the original labels attached. Accessories and shoe care must be unopened and unworn. All items are inspected on return.
If the merchandise is not returned to us within 30 days according to above guidelines, it is considered a FINAL SALE.
All returns must be pre-authorized. An authorization code can be obtained by e-mail at CustomerService@AlligatorWorld.com. In the e-mail, please specify the purchase date, the item and the reason for the return or exchange. Merchandise returned without authorization number will be refused.
Please note that we do not provide return shipping labels. The freight must be pre-paid and for your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping carton (do not write or place any labels on the shoe boxes). Return items are customer responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. We will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged when returned to us by a customer.
Please include a copy of the receipt and a note stating what would like us to do, exchange or refund.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that any items altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns and packages that are improperly packaged will not be processed for return. AlligatorWorld does not permit the return of worn or used merchandise. Upon reception and satisfactory examination of returned merchandise, a refund or an exchange will be issued to the customer.
We cannot hold merchandise or guarantee availability of merchandise for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, a refund or a credit can be issued to the customer account. Credit does not expire. We can only do one exchange per order. Upon a return of a previous exchange, a refund will be issued.
If you do not comply with our return policy, we reserve the right not to ship you other merchandise.
Refunds
- No freight charges or return freight charges are refundable for any reason.
- Credit card payments will be credited only to the card used in the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your account.
- PayPal payments will be refunded back to the account used for purchase. Allow 3-4 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
- All other payments will be refunded back to the account used for the purchase in the form the payment was made.
- Money Order purchases will be refunded by a company check. The check will be issued to the name and sent to the address used in the original purchase. Allow 10-14 days for the check to arrive.
- Allow 2 days processing time for refunds on the merchandise bought at AlligatorWorld.com and returned to our store.
Please Note:
Any fraudulent activity involving our website will result in a permanent ban from purchasing or receiving merchandise. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: chargeback abuse or false claims submitted to your payment institution; false non-receipt or false damage claims; fraudulent orders; intentional damage to merchandise after delivery; and any other deceptive or unlawful actions. This policy also encompasses threats, harassment, or the use of vulgar or abusive language directed toward our company or its employees.
This ban will apply to the address listed on the order, all members of the household, and any individual or address determined to be placing an order on the customer’s behalf.
If you experience an issue with shipping or with any merchandise received, please contact our customer service team so that we may work with you to resolve the matter. You retain the right to contact your financial institution; however, once a claim or dispute is initiated, the matter will be handled exclusively between our legal department and your financial institution. At that point, our customer service team will no longer be involved in the resolution process.
